good location -nice large room and it looked good. the front desk was nice and friendly.

i could hear people walking around above me all night. doors slamming very thin walls. the floor was sticky and was not clean. the refrigerator made loud sounds and the bed was pretty hard and not very comfortable. only one elevator for the whole hotel so made it a long wait while i was there. it was fine for one night.

This facility is exceptional. I only have one caveat to express.
I came across several illegal immigrants. They do not know how to read, write, or speak English. I can only assuming that these people crossed into Idaho illegally. This is a huge problem.
Negatives:
Your facility is allowing ICE to meet with illegal migrants in your front foyer. And then processing them into my country. Having them fill out forms. Getting them a cellphone. Teaching them basic English. That is unacceptable.

It was new. The location was good for visiting family.
Negatives:
Falsely advertised itself as a suite hotel when there are NO suites in it at all. It lacked the following: toilet lid, table and chairs for eating, couch, extra towels, coffee in room, drawers, ice trays. You have to ask for everything: hair drywr, cutlery, glasses, dishware etc. Breakfast was a joke and we were charged 10 cents extra for it. Wasnt even worth that.

Room was comfy and cozy, had everything necessary. Staff were eager to help us find activities to do in town. As you walked in there was a section dedicated to things local and in the state as a whole to do.
Negatives:
We thought the complimentary breakfast was both subpar on thing and above par others. I would have liked something for the kids to have for a beverage there was only coffee and maybe a waffle maker.
