Negatives: Wasn’t clean the floor was sticky the soap was moldy

Negatives: The fact that I had to rebook a room and it. It’s more cause I was working late and tired. The lady at the front desk couldn’t just cancel the wrong day and rent me a room right at the front desk. I had to go back online book another room. It was super difficult because there was the same room available. I have to pay 10 extra dollars all become at the front desk she couldn’t book a room I had to use online. Just really a mess I called the number left at the counter and was waiting for like five minutes listen to the phone in my ear and the one three feet from me ring. Then when she got there she couldn’t book me in cause I had to do it on line so I book online a new room and it takes like ten minutes to update there system I got the email with the confirmation number and code but she couldn’t use that. Just seems like the elderly that aren’t very computer illiterate wouldn’t be able to rent a room at this place. I just think that it’s very unprofessional for these type of service. Having my own business I try to do anything and everything to accommodate my customers. It may be that I just have a high standard of customer service. I hope this may help I just don’t want someone that either doesn’t have Internet service or that are elderly aren’t being discriminated against. Due to poor customer service.

Negatives: Fire alarm beep

Negatives: The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes and booking.com refused to refund me. I ended up staying in a different hotel.

Negatives: Horrible night crew service, they nickel and dime and charge for everything, including shampoo, fridge, microwave, etc. Not to mention, charging for canceling a booking and refusing to give back the money that was taken. I’m the one that did all the work. All you guys had to do was push a button.

Negatives: NA

Negatives: The bed was hard as a rock. Sooo stiff the next day. Everything was very minimal. No shampoo.. no closet.. no luggage rack. Pretty much no where to put my luggage or hang anything like sweaters.

Negatives: Noise, drunks in hallway

Negatives: The beds are a PITA. When one is trying to sit upright against the wall and watch TV or read, the mattress keeps sliding away from the wall. The pillows slide down behind the moving mattress requiring constant adjustment by getting up and shoving the mattress back into place. Rooms need microwave and refrigerator.

Negatives: Bed was the worst pillows were bricks tub still dirty floor worn and dirty

Negatives: Not very clean and unsanitary
