The staff was more than happy to help me reserve my room again and investigate why it was canceled and they were also happy to give me my cancellation feedback

I originally went through booking.com to get this room when I got to the hotel, they said that I no longer had a room because booking called the hotel and canceled my reservation. so I got a cancellation V, and had to redo my reservation right there at the hotel then booking charged me twice within the following week for that room I had to dispute it through my bank booking.com sucks for reservations, and I will never ever use it again, and I will warn all my friends and family!

The staff was great we ordered takeout food but they didn't get us any flatware so I called the lobby and she sent a staff member up with flatwear for us.

The location was a little tricky to get into because of it being a very busy area.

I live 1000 miles away, almost always stay at this hotel, I know exactly what to expect. I took this because I was visiting my sister and we were going to relax in the hot tub. The hot tub was not working! That was a three reason why I booked this hotel,
Negatives:
I requested a room for me that was handicapped accessible but my room was tiny and very difficult for me to get around. The entire grounds were difficult.
