Positives:
Love the fun modern style. Love how family-friendly it is. The shower had more than plenty HOT water and good pressure, the breakfast was good and open 6-10! Everything was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly. The lobby was designed to hang out in. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR TEAMS/GROUPS! (Especially teens/tweens)
Negatives:
Only thing I could complain about at this specific location is that I had reserved a 2 queen bed room, but got a 2 double bed room (BUT I did reserve through booking.com, so they could have mis-represented it. Tiny fridge and no microwave in the room, but the lobby was super accommodating for eating, etc!
I had a ton of issues with the Hilton app (pre-check in and digital key), but that was not the fault of this specific hotel. There were hiccups with me booking 2 Hilton hotels for the same dates, and somehow, the cancelation of the other hotel did not register correctly which was a big pain...But again not Tru's fault and they tried all weekend to help me!
