We paid almost twice what...
Positives:
Was told they could not accommodate us. Booked as pet friendly and after booking, we were told they couldn’t accommodate our party. We stayed in Boise at a different hotel. Would like a refund for Best western foothills inn.

Appears to have been updated in recent past. Exceptionally done. Very clean. Great bed. Bathroom spa like in design. Friendly staff. Husband appreciated vehicle window washing station at entrance area. Very thoughtful. A made to order breakfast is provided at adjacent restaurant, Wingers. Much nicer than a continental hotel lobby styled offering.
Negatives:
We had some boisterous neighbors initially but they quieted down by 9, on their own.
