The room was dirty. The pool was dirty. There were no pool towels. The air and heating didn't work in the room. The employees were fighting about finding us a room at check in. The printer wasn't working to print us out the receipt at check out.

I enjoyed this hotel due to over looking the River and the decorations were unique.

Only thing I didn't care for was the restaurant not having much for food and running out of everything.

Location. Close to my son's house.
Negatives:
Lounge closed. No coffee maker in room. No half & half at coffee station in lobby. Only flavored creamer. All clocks in room are WAY off time. Staff was nice.

I didnt like being put in handicapped room could not use shower. Someone hit my car outside and left a huge dent in my front fender .. and didnt leave a note. No cameras

Rooms were nice and big, bathroom was small easy to get there plus having a resturant there was the best!! and looking over the river, love it will be back

Having Foot ball/Baseball kids there was a train wreck, yelling up and down the hallways slaming the doors over and over, running the halls when people were trying to sleep! fire alarm was pulled a very rest less night I got about 4 hours of sleep

The coffee/latte machine is still broken. They should fix it or take it away. I really enjoyed that machine when it worked.

They put us in a room with 1 bed for 2 people, even though we booked a room, 6 weeks in advance, for 3 adults. My son had to sleep on the filthy floor. They were not the least bit helpful, or sorry for this colossal inconvenience. They were rude!

We were given a "handicap" room, a room with all the necessary bars for helping people get up and down, and a "roll in" shower. There were no ledges to put soap, shampoo, and conditioner on. Very disappointed in the room. Breakfast was not included.
