There was no staff available. My employees were harassed and I was charged for a room twice. Rigby staff were gone and had to get a hold or rexburg would not recomend

They gave us a double queen when we’d booked a king. There’s also the fact you can place an entire hand under the door when it’s shut, so it’s very easy to hear everyone and everything that’s going on.

Didn't like that there was no do not disturb sign. The fan in the bathroom screeched. There wasn't someone there to check in and it took long time for then to answer the phone to check in.
