Friendly staff, clean rooms, very comfortable bed.
Negatives:
No tea/coffee facility in room. Advertised as larger room with microwave and refrigerator, but it did not have these things. I didn't really need them for a one- night stay so did not address with staff, but was charged a higher room rate,($25 more than the other room I booked for the same night). Rates should be consistent, or at least provide the advertised facilities.

Positives:
The room and bathroom were very clean....spotless in fact. Bed was very comfortable, with lovely pillows. Breakfast offerings were good with a fair amount of choice from yogurt, fruit and cereal, to fresh muffins and cooked items. Juice and coffee was available as well.
Negatives:
Room was advertised as a "deluxe" room, including microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. None of these items were in the room...not a big deal for me since I was only staying one night and didn't need them. No cable TV. Again, not a big loss for me as I can stream it on my laptop. However, this room was priced a little higher than others, so these things should have been included in the room.
