Th lady I spoke to at first was very friendly and very professional when checking me in and I asked to be extended to 2pm check out. The lady told me I was good but then at 1pm the next day another lady was extremely rude banging on the door saying she doesn’t see it in the system for me to check out late. I was asleep and had to rush out of the room within 5 mins because she threatened to charge my card. Very horrible communication on their part and VERY RUDE AND GHETTO! I will not be returning!

The atmosphere it was a really Beautiful hotel

I didn't get to go swimming, but we did touch the water. It seemed kinda cold, but that's OK. The Whirlpool in the room was very small for my giant ogre husband, but it was perfect for me. We loved everything about this place.
