Positives: The staff were friendly.
Negatives: The whirlpool tub jets didn't work, and the tub wouldn't drain. Tge toilet clogged, and staff was able to unclog it, but the whole reason we chose the whirlpool room was for a working whirlpool tub. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Negatives: When I booked I had two people, but unexpectedly another person stayed with us and I got 2 free breakfasts but they wouldnt give me another free breakfast.. So one had to pay or not eat.. Thats poor service.

Negatives: They canceled my booking due to them putting the wrong price for the day online. Lady at from desk who is the gm told me that I cant be serious about getting a room for that price listed. This is after I took ride share from the air port to this hotel just to be told my reservation was canceled from hotels end! The gm here is absolutely on bs. She laughed at my family and I so they deserve a horrible review !
