Front staff check-in lady was rather impolite. Not a great first impression. Made us feel like she didn't really want us there. Actually probably rude rather than simply impolite. The gentleman in the morning was the complete opposite. Friendly and helpful.

Didn't like the sink not in the bathroom. It was old. It smelled wet. Carpets seemed dirty. One queen bed mattress was not firm.
