Positives:
Our truck broke down so we stayed here for three nights while waiting for the mechanic to do his thing. Super clean and comfortable hotel room and bathroom. A/C worked great and location was quiet. Friendly staff no matter who we spoke to. Housekeeping did a great job. Loved the free coffee, tea, and cookies! The lobby was always kept nicely clean too.
They also have guest laundry services, coins only but front desk can give you coins in exchange for cash. $2 for washing machine and $2 for dryer.
We ordered pizza from local pizza restaurant Aurelio's and it was delicious! You can order delivery directly through the restaurant and they bring it to your hotel room.
If you need to extend your stay they are unable to do it at the front desk, you have to do it online and let front desk staff know before 12noon check-out time so you can keep your room and so they can give you a new room key. We did ours through Expedia and everything went smoothly!
Negatives:
Breakfast was alright, they do have some hot food options but they are cheap, unhealthy mass-produced quality and unfortunately other guests grab large portions not leaving enough for other guests. Also A/C in lobby and breakfast area is a bit hot.

The breakfast was basic and it is right by the entrance Door and I believe there were people coming in that were not even staying at the hotel.
Negatives:
First of all I checked into this hotel and they didn't tell me that my credit union was not good enough for them and that I had to have a major Bank so they charged me more than I was quoted online for my stay. Second when I asked how to get a train to Soldier Field they told me that is not their problem the woman was very rude at 4:00 p.m. on Friday when I checked in. All staff I came in contact with had no information about the immediate area of the motel and were completely rude about everything and anything. We will never stay at this hotel again ever.

I was disturbed at around 7:45pm by some lady banging on my window 2x 5 minutes apart yelling for me to leave her in. After that strange fiasco I was finally able to settle down. Then at around 2:13am someone was yelling and screaming down the halls we do not allow incense or candles burning in the hotel. I would assume the more practical way to handle that would have been, find the actual room that was causing the issues and either knocked on the door or called the room. NOT TO DISTURB the entire hotel. And because we made the complaint to corporate than put us on the do not rent list
