Hotel was awful dirty smell very strong of smoke air conditioning not working shower dirty didn't work well

Disgusting. Tried 3 different rooms, all 3 smelled of smoke. No cranks on windows. No screens. Once I got the window opened, couldn't close it. Door was broken. Left after 1 hour. Could NOT stay there.

The rooms arent clean at all. I literally watched the two guys cleaning the rooms using a water bottle to spray the sheets on the bed to get wrinkles out and not change the sheets!!! Sheets have stains and burn holes on them, walls are dirty and sticky

Nothing good, I even had to go to the desk every night (PAID FOR 3 nights) and get my key turned back on so I could get in the building and my room. ONly good thing was I had a bed to put my suitcase on. Even the bed spread had a stain, JUST GROSS!!!!!

Everything was filthy; the floor, the room, the tops of the vanity, night stand and dresser. Did not bother with the desk. the Shower curtain was dirty, the tub was dirty, the toilet was dirty and there was dirt on the floor; even the outlets had filth

The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking but when we entered the building to get to our rooms, all we could smell was weed.

Everything staff at check in was rude towels had pubic hair and long hair plus dirty black marks all over them not one clean towel in the room or face washer

I asked the owner for keep 1 day money and cancel the other day . But no respond

The staff lady that dealt with me was very pushy and had an attitude just because her shift ended. Room was ok the quality of the service couldve been better.

The room was dirty and smelled badly! I was roomed on the low/main floor, and someone had left the window wide-open with the curtains closed. Anyone could have been in the room waiting on me inside the room, which was pretty scary.
