Nice room, comfortable bed, nice SmartTV.

First, the hotel charged me $100 for "incidentals" and has not refunded it. I left the room in excellent condition. Now I have to get on the phone with the hotel and request the reversal. If not I will dispute the charge with my Credit Card company.
Second, the property is undergoing a major remodel. Neither the Hotel or Booking.com mentioned this fact.
The breakfast was lame. There was not a pot of coffee marked Decaf. I settled on some raisen bran and they were stale.

Breakfast good but my didn't get cleaned and I asked for it to be cleaned it didn't get cleaned and I paid a 100.00 dollars deposit
So I expected to have my toom to be cleaned and paint on my room floor.

Great location, close to interstate and shopping about a mile each direction. Has potential to be a great property

I know properties need to stay open during construction, BUT having 2/3 of hotel inaccessible with no working elevator and only rooms on 3rd FL is alot to ask. Very, very sparse breakfast area (also under construction), no gym and workers everywhere made a comfortable room not so comfortable.
