Great location, close to interstate and shopping about a mile each direction. Has potential to be a great property

I know properties need to stay open during construction, BUT having 2/3 of hotel inaccessible with no working elevator and only rooms on 3rd FL is alot to ask. Very, very sparse breakfast area (also under construction), no gym and workers everywhere made a comfortable room not so comfortable.

The room was good size and the bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable, and that was our main concern after a long trip. It was quiet during the night although a freeway was close by.
Negatives:
They were in the middle of a remodel, so that left the place somewhat disorderly. (I had no idea about this when I booked the room.) The desk did not appear to have been wiped down, which made me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the room. The carpet looked old and dated, but was probably going to be replaced during the remodel.
