The front desk worker was polite.
Negatives:
When I arrive at the room, I was overwhelmed by the smell of urine and the dirty floors. I had to borrow a mop & cleaning supplies to mop the room myself. The place is a mess. Weed smell throughout bldg, Mattress hurts my back it lay on a flat wood stand Just a damp dirty place!.. I will not be bringing my family back there! Also the creepy people who lives there will scare the you know what out of you

Nice rooms, clean, quiet, recently renovated with fridge and microwave. The location feels safe and it's easy to find parking. Many places to eat nearby, including several steakhouses and the famous Wildberry pancakes.
Negatives:
Both my partner's access card to the hotel and mine suddenly stopped working during the second day. Needed to go to the reception to have them reactivated

Horrible environment. There was a naked man with his door propped open being inappropriate and staff refused to help in any way. I left the property and manager refused to speak with me or return my calls. I called Police department. Do not stay at this location.
