Positives: The price of the room was good. The staff was nice. The area seemed safe during the day time. Room was clean. Checked for bugs didn't find any

Negatives: Nite time people in parking lot seemed shady. 1 lady who seemed to live there kept asking me for a cigarette. Prices in vending machine was outrageous. Had a hard time understanding what the lady who checked me in was saying because her English was not good and she talked fast.

Positives: Conveniently located/easy to find, good value for money spent. Ample & well-lit parking spaces, friendly staff, vending. RM 104 had tidy room & bathroom, good water pressure/hot water, mini fridge & microwave. Great a/c. Surprisingly quiet, given sheer volume of guests. Slept well.

Negatives: Not a fan of the damage deposit ($50 cash/credit), but it’s disclosed before booking and again at check-in.
