Negatives: I would like to address our experience staying at this hotel on the date listed above. We were in town as my husband is a Pastor, an Apostle, and a covering for one of Auroras churches., Of the many hotels I have stayed at, in my lifetime, this experience has been such a disappointment. When we arrived, I was surprised at the room size, however, it was one night, can’t be all bad, right? I wish. Following is a list of the things that were not acceptable – - Hallway smelled of food. - Hair dryer was broken. - Convenience items in bathroom were not full. Seemed to be left over from previous occupant. - Toilet is cracked. Water seeped through the crack onto the floor and the toilet bowl took excessive time to refill. - Only one light worked on the desk lamp. - Pastor Brooks went down to get breakfast as this was going to be out only meal of the day as he would be preaching all day. Bacon was being cooked in a microwave. Provided to Pastor very raw and limp. He refused it. Eggs were powdered. He refused them Cereal was in bags on counters (from Walmart?) Coffee machine was broken. - Bed – both of our backs were sore. There was a huge dip in the middle of the bed. - - Pillows were not even Queen or King size pillows made for the bed. - The desk chair height mechanism is broken. Pastor had work to do. He is 6’2” and could not even use the desk as the chair was broken. - When we checked out, the front desk said Pastor’s personal card that was used to hold the 150.00 deposit would not except the refund. We had to have the refund put on the business card. Now, I must work with the church business office and request a refund from the church’s business account card to the Pastor’s personal account card In addition, we learned there is nothing wrong with the personal card. The front office just entered the information incorrectly. I am asking for a refund for this room. $178.76. There are too many items to let this go. In addition, the front desk would not conta

Negatives: Wasn't given room i reserved. When I asked was told it wasn't available. Garbage cans inside the hallway overflowing and smelled terrible. Garbage cans outside same condition. Gentlemen working the desk was very unhelpful with everything. Definitely not staying here again.

Negatives: Small pool, small rooms, breakfast wasn't great, tiny elevator, pool closes early af 8 pm

Negatives: The shower curtain stunk. Time to wash them! Also I thought the coffee was terrible both at breakfast and in the room. Time to purchase a different brand!

Negatives: A bigger tv would have been nicer, but no big deal. Everything was up to par.

Negatives: My key card stopped working several times.

Negatives: Sheets smelled of bleach but still got bit from some kind of bug. Sleep was disrupted by noisy patrons every night. Pool was uncomfortably cold and smelled like strong bleach. Carpet in rooms could use a cleaning.

Negatives: cable tv service, felt there was not a great variety of programs. shower curtain hanger was coming out of walls. no toliet plunger in bathroom. wish there had been two more luggage stands by wall of bathroom.
