The staff was thinking exceptional. They were prompt and the hotel was always sparking clean. There was an air freshener that was just soo calming. Coffee was always refillled and always fresh n hot.
Negatives:
The room ac unit was old and couldn't maintain 58F at night. We like it super cold. But the maintenance guy was quick to fix the issue and gave suggestions for the unit.

Emily and Jared were rude they served us expired dressing condiments that cause us to get sick they ran out of certain foods the chef refused to make more even though breakfast wasn’t over for about 45 mins. We stayed a few nights Emily said we couldn’t have our room serviced and cleaned since we stayed a few days. The staff is horrible especially management . It’s a great place to stay just bad customer service.
