Positives: Staff was amazing. Caitlyn was super. The best part of our stay there. Housekeeping was also very nice .

Negatives: First room smelled of smoke . Second room was very nice but shared a common wall with the 24 hour gym . Very noisy at all hours. Also located diagonal from the ice machine. Again noisy! Also dead bolt was not operable. Had to have maintenance come to fix it .

Positives: They just recently renovated and it looks very nice and modern. Everything was very clean, from the lobby to the breakfast area to my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very quick check-in. Variety of breakfast options. The AC in the room was very nice, glad it worked well since it was over 90 degrees outside. Overall, wonderful stay.

Negatives: One morning we went down for breakfast and it was overcrowded since there was a group of students staying at the hotel. There was no place to sit so we ended up taking our breakfast to our room. Weren’t sure if they would be there the following day so we skipped breakfast.

Positives: Breakfast was reasonably good, but with limited choices, eg: only one flavour of yogurt. The room size was amazing, bathroom facilities were good, but I would prefer a walk-in shower stall. Good access to parking, if you can use stairs, otherwise it's a long walk to the elevator and then to the parking.

Negatives: Guests should not have to request housekeeping service, it should be standard.
