Extended Stay America Suites - Chicago - Midway

Negatives: The roo. Was not swept properly, it was hair and what to be mice poop behind the night stand. Front desk didn't do anything to assist with this issue

Negatives: If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I tried to stay here with my family last night and I was horrified to walk into this room. Not only did it smell horrendous but was so filthy I wouldn't even allow my children to sit down. There was something sticky all over the table, the bed skirts/sheets looked like there was semen all over them, the toilet seat was ripped off the toilet, the floors I cannot begin to tell you how disgusting they were. Not to mention the obnoxious person we had next door screaming at the top of her lungs on the phone the whole time. Walking in this place we were met with prostitutes, junkies, and overall scary people. We ended up leaving and driving back home over 2 hours away that night because I felt like I was going to get eaten alive by cockroaches or bed bugs. So before you book, don't! Not worth a single penny!

Negatives: Everything. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The beds were rock hard. There were stains on the carpet. Only got 2 towels for 3 people. In order to get another towel, I would have to take a used one to the front desk. There was a fire emergency. Half the building did not have flashing lights set up. The alarm was not loud enough to alert us. We decided to cancel our second night. We only stayed the first night because they would not refund since we had already entered the room. I'm only being reimbursed for the cost of the room for one night. They are refusing to reimburse the fees. I called the fire Marshall and sent a video. This place is NOT safe.
