I required an additional night but wasn't able to get it through Booking.com. I called the hotel and Lily was able to extend my stay at the same rate. Kudos!
Location was great with plenty of halal food options nearby.
The reception staff was great. Room was clean.
Negatives:
The range of breakfast items was decent but the quality could've been better. The scrambled eggs were cold and hard every day and the coffee was very weak.
The bathroom was showing its age with a leaky WC and faucet, and a blemished bath tub.
They also charge $12 per night for parking. This was not mentioned at check in although it is mentioned in the details at booking.comthat I missed. I found it a little misleading as it artificially lowers the price of the room. Parking should be incorporated in the cost of the room.
