"Free" breakfast was a $10 meal card and there were 2 of us in our room. Hardly a "free" breakfast.
The ice bucket in our room indicated ice available on 1st floor. When I asked about ice at the front desk, I was told I'd have to buy a bag of ice.

well located next to Promenade shopping. big rooms. a pool and gym available. bar/lobby area very nice. Staff were helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast was prepackaged food so we opted to eat out each day as it was not interesting for the price/quality at the hotel. Drinks quite expensive from cooler (Beer = $7+tax)

Love the vibe, the location is perfect for a 4 min walk to the Promenade (shopping mall) or a short $5 Lyft ride to other nearby restaurants. Close to a big box store that's 24hrs. Room decor was nice and spacious. Staff was friendly & it can get lively at night with the bar & pool table. It was a nice hotel and great value.
Negatives:
Beds, beds, BEDS. They were so hard and uncomfortable. The whole 3 nights I maybe slept a total of 6 hrs due to the mattresses having no cushion or support. Also didn't like that there were no trash bags in the trash cans. Oh & the little bottle of lotion in the room they provide was used. Despite these small nit picky issues I'd still recommend. Just make a pallet of all the bed pillows. Lol

Place has hip decor. Easy to find. Good location. There is an outdoor patio that looked comfortable. I liked the availability of yoga mats in the workout room for some morning stretching.
Negatives:
Uncomfortable bed. Staff was slow during check in, key was not coded correctly, had to return to front desk after long day of travel. Not super professional, people hanging out drinking beer talking to the person checking us in... kind of disappointing after a long day of travel to deal with frustrations, & lack of focus during check in. I mean Its like $150 bucks and we need like 2 minutes of your attention. Loud noises from the road. Not sure what it was, but it was recurring, and disruptive to sleep... maybe cars driving over a metal construction plate? I couldn't figure it out.
