I Liked The Location Of The Hotel And That It Was Near Lots Of Restaurants And ATM's. I Also Liked That I Had Free Parking And A Not So Early Checkout

I Was Very Upset At The Fact That My Booking Included Breakfast With Booking.com And Was First Told When I Checked In That I Would Be Getting Free Breakfast. When I Came Down Saturday Morning For Breakfast, The Hostess And Front Desk Lady Were Telling Me That Breakfast Wasn't Included Even Though I Had Proof. After 20 Or So Minutes Of Going Back And Forth With The Front Desk Lady And The Booking.com Agent, They FINALLY Just Comped My Breakfast. After That Ordeal, I Felt Like Bothering The Hostess And Front Desk Agent Were Very Rude. Not Acknowledging Me, Telling Me That Most Of The Items On The Menu Were Out, And Just Their Vibe. I Was Completely Throwed Off And Upset. I Also Didn't Like That On Check Out Day Around 10-10:30 We Were Approached By Housekeeping About Asking When We Were Checking Out. I Stated To Them That Check Out Was At Noon, And I Will Make Sure I Am Out. Housekeeping Kept Coming Over And Over Again Steady Bothering Me. I Got So Fed Up That I Left My Room And Got Ready In The Bathroom Downstairs In The Lobby. I Felt So Rushed And Hurried.

The staff was lovely. We also enjoyed the amenities, loved the library and the gym, as well as the lake and foundations

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower ceiling had mold spots on it and the corners around the tub are dirty.

The hotel is immaculate! The front lobby area is simply gorgeous. Throughout the hotel the air is fresh and clean smelling. The staff is professional and inviting with their greetings.
Negatives:
Upon arrival I was informed two rooms were reserved and I did not agree. I shared booking information with front desk and informed it would be handled by the manager. Upon checking my credit card statement, I was still charged. Awaiting credit.
