Convenient to the college . The king bed mattress was very comfortable.

The bathroom barn door would roll open instead of staying closed. The tub floor was slippery due to the bottles dripping and not being washed away by the shower head. No towel rack by the shower means you have to step out to reach the towel over the sink.

As we were 2 hours into our 3-hour drive to the hotel, I received an email stating my reservation had been cancelled because the hotel was full and all 3rd party reservations were cancelled. Since I had a confirmation number & my credit card had been charged $274, a Booking.com rep called the hotel for me, but the hotel refused to honor my reservation. We were panicked! Luckily, the nearby Holiday Inn was able to accommodate us, thus saving the trip. The rooms there were excellent; and the staff were very courteous. A far cry from the way we were treated at the Hampton.
