Very comfortable and a lovely facility. The breakfast was yummy and bed was great.

I used the link for directions through booking.com to get to the Hampton Inn hotel in Carol Stream IL. It took us way wrong as the address was not correct. After 45 minutes and two calls to the hotel, and getting the correct address we made it to the hotel just in time to then go to a family visitation in Wheaton Illinois.

Room was good size, clean and strong air conditioning. Coffee maker was used to heat water for tea, very convenient. Having an iron was also nice

The address sent to me by my confirmation email was incorrect. 205 West North Avenue, Carol Stream, IL 60188, the address given to me sends me to someplace 15 mins further down north ave in the middle of an industrial area, no hotel in sight. I had to locate the hotel by entering the name of the hotel directly into Google maps instead of the address.

Pillows were SUPER small and uncomfortable, breakfast bade both my partner and myself sick - eggs and chicken sausage didn’t taste right, we went to breakfast at 8:30 and there was no juice and they ran out of waffle batter - someone had to ask someone to fill it, we were on the top floor so it was VERY humid and made the bed/pillows feel wet, we had the AC set to 63 and it was still hot, the pool doors were open making it very humid when getting off the elevators and the elevators themselves were very slow and old.

Staff at reception were friendly, had no issues with check in or check out. Pool was clean and warm, used it 3 times and had it all to ourselves each time. Gym was good too with a new Peleton bike included.
Negatives:
beds were a little squeaky, drapes were loose, wifi was very slow
