From the moment I checked in there was a leaking toilet in my room that flooded the floor, that ran constantly disturbing my sleep, and was ultimately unable to rid itself of human waste. I notified management Saturday morning via phone and they did nothing. Upon my return in the afternoon I walked to the office to tell them again, they looked at it but said they were unable to fix the issue.
I emailed management after my stay and they stated they had fixed the problem Saturday while I was in the room with with them - this is an outright lie! The problem was never fixed.
We will NOT be staying at this property again! Horrible staff and management!

Hotel was empty, no cars in the parking lot on a busy football weekend. Random people hanging out in the parking lot. Room smelled. Bathroom was dirty. Floor was buckling in spots. Chair at desk was torn in several spots. Checked out after 2 hours. Demanding a refund.
