Called front desk with complaint, restaurant manager phoned my room. He was rude, defensive, poor communication. I felt under discipline and offended. Same ethics regarding, initial complaint. Disturbed my spouse. Unable to experience the restaurant.

This is a PARTY HOTEL. The hard wood floors make for tons of noise above you. People were partying around us ALL NIGHT

The pool was tiny and to shallow to really swim in. The room had little to no seating, very small beds, and the lighting was very poor. The vents were caked with dust. The breakfast was nasty with few options that even made any sense as a breakfast food.

Walls are pretty thin you can hear normal conversation. Bed was uncomfortable it felt like plastic and cardboard.

It was clean and the room spacious for a big city hotel. The European style breakfast was excellent.

Good location. Close to subway station and several good restaurants.
Negatives:
Included parking rate is higher than using an app for the garage. Bathroom door in room has no way of locking and gaps around doorframe similar to your average public restroom. Bathroom toilet was square rather than round/elongated and awkward.
