Great location, near restaurants and Michigan Ave. Fantastic breakfast buffet and lovely seating area for it. Staff was very attentive and friendly.
Negatives:
Square toilet, uncomfortable to sit on and seat cover loose. Rainhead in the shower, couldn’t turn it off so without a shower cap, I couldn’t shower if I didn’t want to wash my hair. Air conditioner was spotty, mattress was very hard.

Positives:
Location was AMAZING! Walkable everywhere, lots of great restaurants, shopping along magnificent mile and entertainment (piano bar!) nearby. Close enough walk to downtown attractions (including farther ones such as beach & navy pier) with it being a central location. Staff were super kind and accommodating; always brought extra towels/pillows when we requested. Room was clean and quite spacious, especially considering the downtown spot! Beds were comfy. AC was great. Safe area and security in the evenings!
Negatives:
Pullout bed mattress was quite thin and not super comfortable, but after a long day of walking you can hardly tell lol. We couldn’t find a switch for the fan in the bathroom and the door is glass so doesn’t fully close which is slightly challenging when sharing a room with others.

The location was perfect as we were vacationing on the River North side of Chicago. We chose AC for price and quality of rooms (walk in shower, wood floors, couch, spacious beds, parking).
Negatives:
We were charged for water that was already in the room so I was confused on that as it should have been included but otherwise no complaints.
