We enjoyed he location with regards to the proximity to the following:

- Millennium Park
- Food / Restaurants
All of this made it very accommodating
Negatives:
There are some things that could be done a little better please see the below improvements.
- We were down to a single elevator the whole weekend
- Adding complimentary breakfast
- Knowing a little more about hotel amenities (Bikes ...)
- Opening the roof to for social activities

It was a horrible experience. I like how they took extra money but didn't provide service, and I didn't have a choice.
Negatives:
I paid extra money to get a landmark view. I got a room on the second floor, and instead of a landmark view, I was shown the wall of the next building. It looks like they treat me like a third-world citizen. After paying extra money, I don’t get services for that.

We got a free upgrade to a corner suite. So large and beautiful. Comfortable bed and the toiletries are my favorite. Definitely will stay again.
