There are some things that could be done a little better please see the below improvements.
- We were down to a single elevator the whole weekend

- Knowing a little more about hotel amenities (Bikes ...)

It was a horrible experience. I like how they took extra money but didn't provide service, and I didn't have a choice.
Negatives:
I paid extra money to get a landmark view. I got a room on the second floor, and instead of a landmark view, I was shown the wall of the next building. It looks like they treat me like a third-world citizen. After paying extra money, I don’t get services for that.

We got a free upgrade to a corner suite. So large and beautiful. Comfortable bed and the toiletries are my favorite. Definitely will stay again.

Great place to stay!
Positives:
The views in our corner room were breathtaking. The decor, bathroom, bed and all facilities were of exceptional quality and good taste. The bed was very comfortable.
We had drink and a light meal at the bar which was very perfectly prepared, in fact it might have been one of the best pieces of steak I have ever had.
Negatives:
If we had to find something to fault it could only be that we were confused by the light switches. When someone in bed swithed off a bed side light the person in the shower was left in the dark. I suppose a better understanding of the order to switch them on in may have helped.

In town to see The...
Positives:
Friend and I were in the city for a concert and missed the last outgoing train at Ogilvie. With 20% battery, I pulled up several hotels and saw “Hilton” and booked immediately knowing that after the bad night we’d run into being down on our luck that we would be safe and taken care of at the hotel.
Negatives:
The TV in our room wouldn’t work and asked for a source to be input/changed but there was no option on the remote or physically on the tv itself, should have called front desk but it was almost 2am by the time we got settled and didn’t want to figure out the remote. More of a “me” problem but still frustrating.
