The TV had no signal they did nothing to fix it. It was missing a piece for it to connect. The wifi is horrible!There was no soap in bathroom, nor trash can. They completely ignored me and I had no television for my whole stay. Very unaccommodating. Would not go back!

The bath tub had a mystery stain. It looked like rust maybe?? The bottom sheet of the bed was a flat sheet that barely covered the mattress pad. We paid for a queen size bed, that was a full size at best. The cigarette burns on the blanket was our first clue! The tv did not work. I tried calling the front desk and no one ever picked up the phone. The breakfast that was included was not very appealing. I was going to grab a carton of milk on the way out, but they only offered a pitcher of milk that I have no idea who put what in it.

The room was extremely dirty. In the shower, they left a used soap bar for me to use. The spreadsheets were dirty and seemed like they had not been washed after the previous guest used them. The cable did not work at all, and there was no internet connection in the room.
