Beautiful historical hotel, so classy and fun as well. Immaculately clean from top to bottom, guest rooms to public areas and top-notch restaurants. Fabulous scent, too. Interactions with employees everywhere was stellar.

Our room looked down on Millenium Park and the "Bean". It couldn't have been a nicer location.

Great weekend getaway, and truly...
Positives:
this is our third time staying at the hotel, it is always nice to come back the bars, food and heritage design is amazing. The staff were great and the location is excellent.
Negatives:
- The pillows weren't great
- we could hear the TV and people talking in the adjacent room all night, I understand its a heritage building but the level of disturbance was high
- The value for money really dropped off in comparison to previous visits
