The king room had the only window view to an interior stairwell. This is not told to you and should at the very least be a discounted price. I thought I’d booked a room with a view and was very upset. I month or so prior called the hotel and asked if the 2 rooms I booked could be possibly on the same floor ( we traveled with my sons) well we were not and then had this room with no window of the outside. It was claustrophobic to begin with and I tried to move us each day and was denied. I was upset after spending a good amount of money with a 2 room reservation there.
I feel everyone should be aware with a king room reservation they could end up in this room.

Fantastic staff. Asked if I like a room up high or not. I got the top floor with a fabulous view! Great fitness center and used the little business center too. Had a wine at the bar. Nice lobby and great location!!!

1. Misleading Pricing: Booking rate said "Total Price" $678 USD, but the bill was $854 USD. This is misleading as taxes and fees were undisclosed in the booking summary.
2. Lost Item: Forgot a $200 electric toothbrush in the room. Returned after 3 hours post-checkout; hotel claimed it was not found or probably thrown away. Unacceptable lost & found policy.
3. Service: Room was not made up despite being promised. Staff was rude. Room condition was poor with dirty walls and carpet. No view, and overall very disappointing.
