Positives: Location was great! Convenient and very close to everything! Train station was a block from the hotel and proximity to areas of interest are accessible either by walking or ride share. The room was nice and clean. It was quiet too and no annoying neighbors that were too loud. Lastly, staff was helpful and friendly.

Negatives: The AC wasn't that cold. At some point it was really warm in the room and the AC couldn't match the heat.

Positives: The rooms are near-perfect - spacious, comfortable and very very clean. The hotel's staff is friendly and easy to reach out to, always happy to help out. The location is great too - close to all your needed restaurants (Old Town), shops (Mag Mile) and the beach.

Negatives: The parking situation could be a little better - the one right next door is a little pricy but we found a great option two blocks down on 1350 LSD. You can hear most-everything from the room right next - however we only experienced this for a moment.

Positives: The room was clean and fair for the price I paid

Negatives: I was disappointed they didn’t have my booking.com reservation on file. That’s concerning to me having used booking.com for years. It just so happened they had rooms available so price matched me for what booking.com had offered me for a room here, but when you’re out of town the last thing you want to hear upon arrival is that the hotel doesn’t know about your reservation.

Negatives: I asked to have the light changed in our bathroom. Twice. It did not happen and we had to use it with the door OPEN. That ticked me off.
