The tv didn’t work and they were acting like I didn’t know how to use the tv when I called. But when I was talking other guest told me that the tv been not working. The king room with the sofa with two tvs next to each other is a dumb setup. But it doesn’t matter because the tvs don’t work

Negatives:
There is not much soundproofing externally. Due to the prime location in downtown, the street noise (cars racing and drifting, loud stereos parked outside, police announcements) woke me up multiple times despite being on the 17th floor. There was also no mini fridge.
