Wouldnt give me a bottle of water unless i signed up for the rewards program. .The toilet barely flushed.The sliding of the bathroom got stuck on multiple occasions locking me in the bathroom, i had to wedge my hand and pul mightily to get out.

The location and the room. The location was perfect for everything we were doing in Chicago, with lots of good businesses close. The room was very clean and had a very good layout. And the beds were very comfortable!

The lobby felt a little dirty. Maybe worn is a better word. But that would be the only dislike.

It was close to the venue I was in town for a concert! There were also a lot of close places to dine or just get a quick bite to eat. The room was really comfortable and clean and the patio was so nice! I loved the view we had!
