Great location, beautiful and clean lobby. The hotel is conveniently located.

The ice machine on our floor did not work, the key card, which is used not only to get into your room, but to move between the floors was very inconvenient because half the time it did not work. For the price that we were paying for the room, someone should have brought up ice for us. This situation left us with no water to drink. Very disappointing. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and my steak was freezer burn also it was not cooked to medium well. There was blood still in it. The steak was sent back. The cook fired the same steak up again but it still came out rare in the middle. Total waste of my money.
