Positives:
My family and I were appreciative of the kindness that the staff displayed throughout our stay. We had several issues come up and they always were kind and helpful.
Negatives:
While the staff were kind, we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that none of the shampoos, conditioners, or body washes were restocked prior to us arriving. Each bottle was completely empty. Additionally, the surfaces were very dirty. We brought our own disinfecting wipes and when we wiped over common surfaces like the tables and counters, they came away black like they had not been cleaned in a while. We did this because we were traveling with a small child that has an autoimmune disease, but this is not acceptable regardless. We arrived later in the evening, so we planned to address these issues the next morning. However, when we woke up, we found 3 live cockroaches in our bathroom. Again, this is concerning because we were traveling with a small child, but regardless, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. We immediately notified the staff of the issue and they moved us to a new room and offered us a $50 credit for food. We were thankful for this, but the next room also had dirty counters and surfaces and the trash had not been taken out. At that point, we were all tired, so we ended up cleaning things ourselves.

My destinations was close to the hotel. I appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby as well as a Resturant to dine. The bar added a nice touch as well. The pool was very nice even though I didn’t get to enjoy it because the weather was on the cooler side.
Negatives:
The room could’ve been more updated, especially the bathroom.
