Positives:
Delicious made-to-order breakfast. My kiddos enjoyed the heated indoor pool. We did like that the room had three sinks for easier getting ready of everyone quickly. Beautiful glass elevators and beautiful views of the city from those elevators. Kind concierge and kind bellman.
Negatives:
No hot tub even though there is one in an outdated photo online. The King Corner suite hat we paid extra to book didn't actually have corner views because of the closet and TV placement. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for my kiddos. The snacks during the complimentary drink and snack time in the evening were very limited and weren't enjoyed by my family when I had thought and hoped for more during that time. We never utilized any of the two free drinks each night but we went to the bar area just to get snacks. However, we left empty-handed as we'd been hoping for something more substantial to supplement dinner and also something as a treat like fresh-baked cookies.

The room was fantastic and we loved the facilities within it - coffee maker, microwave, fridge etc. Snacks were a welcome touch too. Loved the lounge section.
Negatives:
As a vegan I was very disappointed with the breakfast compared with other less expensive hotels. I had the choice of cereal, toast or fruit but no hot food. I also never got the chance to swim due to children always being in the very narrow pool, even late at night.

Dusty room ,no one vacum during the cleaning ,stayed first three days no even bottle of water supplied the provide us the complementary drinks and snacks on third day breakfast same everyday with very limited option and seating never enough for the guests
They disconnected the water supply from 10 pm to 5 am with was the worst experience ever
