Great trip and a quiet...

Room accommodations were very nice. Also enjoyed the free breakfast options.
Negatives:
Checking in was not the easiest but the gentleman checking us in did his best to accommodate us. We had 3 couples and it was hoped that we could all be located on the same floor but one couple's room was not. Sadly, the happy hour didn't begin early enough for us to participate and subsequently arrive at our scheduled dinner reservation. Happy hour could have been moved up at least to 5:00 and not 5:30.

Proximity to all the places we wanted to see plus the Grand station which is great in going from and into O Hare. It’s good that they have free continental breakfast and afternoon snacks as you don’t have to worry around where to eat early on in the morning. Over all the hotel is great and very clean and the staff are very nice

I arrived at 10:20pm after a long road trip only to find that my room had been sold. And that they are sold out! They advised me that after 10pm the room is no longer guaranteed through third party booking (even though that is nowhere on any website). I was told that I would not be charged only to wake up after sleeping in my car to realize that they charged my card anyways. The payment is currently being reversed however this was the worst experience EVER!!! I try to find an embassy suites wherever I go because I love their brand but this really disappointed me and I may have to take a break from them for a while after being told that I should have gotten there sooner. WTH!
