When we got to the hotel they told us they had canceled the rooms. I booked 3 rooms for my family to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. They said that the Credit Card was denied, which we know is not true because you ran it at booking.com and we received confirmation that everything was fine and even got a notice that we could upgrade. So I had reserved two king suits and one double. Since they canceled our reservation they had to find rooms and the rooms they gave us were two double rooms and one king and charged us more than what was confirmed with booking.com. They said those are the rates corporate gave them and they could not do anything about it. One of the double rooms was not in good shape and had a sippy cup in the drawer. They gave my daughter a room that when they opened the door someone was already in it, so they had to go back down and get a different room.
