Fhe view from our room was breath taking

Did not have a coed hot tub available for use. The hot tub in pool ares was drained.

Benjamin at the hotel entrance was by far the highlight of our stay, always with a smile and even though there were hundred of guests he never forgot our last name. Not only us but everyone that walked through he greeted in a very unique way.

On the other hand, first night we dined at hotel restaurant in lobby veronica was amazing so we decided to get drinks the second night and server following day was a complete disappointment. We werent acknowledged for a good 40 minutes after we sat down

(1) Hotel is clean and beautiful. (2) Centrally located with a 5-10 mins walking distance to every major attraction in Chicago.

(1)No gym/pool/fridge/oven. (2)Unfriendly and rude staff who lack courtesies and pleasantries. (3)I was always addressed "Mr". I am a "Miss". Hate the assumptions. (4)Don't clean used cups unless requested. (5)Provide water and coffee only when reques

Yes my first trip with my partner and to Chicago was ruined for Valentines Day and birthday celebrations for us both. I wish I would have went somewhere else. The manager was very rude and then didnt comp anything for the inconvenience/missed show.

Yes my valentines get away experience was ruined, the hotel ignored my do not disturb sign after assuring I was set for the trip my reservations were linked and I would not be disturbed as I was worried about this upon checkin in for my romantic getaway.
