It’s close to fire station and we kept hearing loud ambulances all around. No one bothered to clean our room when we went out during the day. The break fast was crowded unplanned. The lifts take ever to stop at floor.

Transport options available - buses , redline. Navy pier was a walkable distance and so is Chicago downtown.

Near a firehouse, no view. We liked the free all-day coffee but suggest providing a water jug/dispenser with maybe some lemons or other fresh fruit- especially in the summer heat. We were looking for ice water all the time.

Pleasant, clean, easy, friendly accommodations
Positives:
The pool was really warm and the breakfast was out standing. The staff was great too.
Negatives:
The only thing to really mention here was having to use the key card to use the elevator. It was a pain sometimes but really wasn’t horrible.

There were plenty of choice for the Breakfast, kitchen staff was courteous and working hard to keep the supplies in stock and smiling at all times. Rooms were definitely neat and comfortable. Its a perfect location with everything in the vicinity and walkable distance.
Negatives:
Fire Station is down the block and all night there were sirens that affected sleep. Elevator was not working for a day which was fixed later.

Our room was good for 5 guests. Great location. Breakfast was included. The breakfast room had a great view of the street.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. On the first day of our arrival, I noticed there was hair (from the previous guests) in the bathtub and in the sink of the washroom. It was a bit gross. The doors of the front entrance were never cleaned - they were always smudged. Does not give off a good impression since that is the first thing guests see upon arriving to the hotel. One night while waiting in the lobby, a homeless man had wandered into the lobby asking guests for money. There was no staff member around to escort him out. I feel for these people, but it is not something you want to experience in the lobby of the hotel you’re staying at while on vacation. This could have been avoided had there been a door person there.
