We had 3 rooms for 2 nights and it never got cleaned. When I inquired I was told by reception that they have no control over the schedule.
Rooms were dark and small. Nothing special about this hotel, certainly not worth what they charge. I won’t be returning ever.

This Hampton Inn is very good value for money thanks to the great location with restaurants and shops nearby and many sights (Magnificent Mile, the Loop, Navy Pier) within walking distance.
Perfect as a starting point to get to know the city.
Self parking was not cheap, but very easy, even with our oversized SUV. The pool is okay for kids.
Negatives:
The breakfast is the only week point with Little Choice and no variety and on top of that, it was very crowded between 9 and 10 am, with a long queue for the waffle irons. With a little coordination from the staff, this chaos could have been handled better.

The room simply perfect; silence and very clean.
Negatives:
You can explain better how to works your lift ;-) I mean without to push room card in the appropriate card reader the lift doesn't going to desiderate floor.

When we arrived we were told the make (Dodge) of the vehicle we were driving was not eligible for Valet parking. My car was not "oversized", it was a regular car. They should provide this detail on their website.
