Room was beside employee room which was noisy at times.
Breakfast was awful. Dirty tables, floor, most food had run out- even coffee, unappetising & bland tasting choices and definitely not what I expected.
General area dirty.
Waited over 20 minutes for lift on check out day and ended up taking stairs- I was on floor 25 with a large suitcase! Lifts in general exceedingly slow to arrive. Many people and staff waiting lengthy times.
Pool area disappointing. Some tiles on floor had lifted beside pool. Very busy and could not sit out.
Medical facility took up a couple of middle floors. Unsure if this didn’t help lift problem. Odd to have this in hotel especially w/o it mentioned.
