The staff was really great. The housekeeping staff on the 21st floor was so friendly and went above and beyond. Lynette (the manager or concierge?) was so super welcoming and engaged us several times during our stay and her happiness was contagious.
Negatives:
The rooms need updating. The bathroom vanity had a chunk out of it and everything seemed in the verge of being run down. The hallway carpets were stained badly. There seemed to be no air conditioning in the lobby or hall and the wait for the elevator was 5 minutes or more. Most of the time we had to catch one that was going up and then ride back down completely filled to the max.

Was easy access to attractions. Breakfast buffet was good.

Needed more coffee packets, which took 1 day to get from the staff. Some people prefer to just have coffee in their rooms without going to breakfast right away. Should supply extra packets in rooms. The parking options was very confusing since you use a valet parking, which causes a lot of chaos. And the fees are way more expensive then if you were to park in the ramp yourself.

Room and bed were nice. Once we were inside our room, the rest of the hotel and experience did not seem as poor.
Negatives:
Not a single member of the staff seemed properly trained or could provide instructions or directions to myself or anyone else staying at the hotel. I would stress training by Hilton to this hotel in particular as I have never stayed at a Hilton property with staff so un-equipped with competency top to bottom. Would not recommend said hotel and will not stay here again.
