Upon entering the room, we found a paperbag full of pizza remainders under the desk. Apparently no one saw it.
The bed sheets were full of sand (at the bottom of the bed.) Apparently no one saw it.
The room cleaning service is every three days. The cleaning is perfunctory.
Calling the staff to get help on the above resulted in put us on hold for more than half hour - each time.
Will never visit this establishment again.

Staff - sorry but they SUCK !!! Front desk guy was less then helpful with check in process and having to get a valet . The cart we used to our belongings upstairs had a flat tire. It was me and my two kids 9 and 12. On our second day I asked the front desk if our room would be cleaned she said yes, trash emptied, we were also out of shampoo and body wash and needed another towel for my wife who was flying in that night. We came back to our room nothing had been touched just another set of towels. No soap, trash full to the brim anyway it was disappointing. On check out we asked the front desk lady for a receipt, she printed one but never really acknowledged us when I asked if I needed to sign or do anything, nothing at all was said-bye or anything. Valet guy had to go plug in his cell phone before he could go retrieve our car. Customer first ?? Not really.
