THE ROOMS ! NASTY DIRTY ROOMS ! THE CARPET STANK ! THE COUCH HAD DOG HAIRS FROM THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE! YOU CAN IMAGINE THE BATHROOM, MY FAMILY AND I WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ! WE SACRIFICED WALKING AROUND THE CARPET WITH A PAIR OF WHITE SOCKS FOR PROOF AND THEY CAME OUT BLACK, DISGUSTING!!!

The old Chicago charm and feel of the main entrance and lobby is awesome! The modern and crisp rooms are beautiful! We arrived and our room was ready and waiting! We asked the front desk for lunch ideas and they gave us a free appetizer voucher for a local place! It was really nice!
