It was one of my worst hotel experience so far! The cost did not prove the value. I had to ask 3-times to refill the shower gel and it only happened after my 3rd request. No soap either! Impossible to reach them if you are coming from Europe: no answer to my email, email address given by the Customer Service agent via Chat. No option for asking for a recall because I have a phone number which was not on their list.

They didnt let us check in early Saturday due to staff stating they mark us as a no show on Friday. We knew we were going to arrive early Saturday therefore we book for Friday. Very rude and unacceptable having us place another card to check in for a room.
